Was walking around Liang Court when I came across Geraldine’s very whimsical stall that sells an array of cottage charms, quirky trinkets and handmade crafts/goodies. I first stumbled upon her stall in Thomson Plaza a couple mths back and was blown away by her collection of pretty and charming items and beautifully-painted porcelain crockery. The 2 of us hit off on a pretty good note and it was sure pleasurable to chat with her. Enjoy your shopping trip in Taiwan, babe!

This straw-woven looks just like the perfect accessory for a lovely picnic date! It’s on my Wish List now.

As highly recommended by Geraldine, we headed over to Okinawan Diner Nirai-Kanai where we were treated to an authentic Okinawan cuisine. A quaint diner, this restaurant is famed for its unique peanut tofu in sweet sauce (must-try) and absolutely mouth-watering and divine pork belly ramen that simply melts in your mouth! Its rustic ambiance and decor – complete with wooden furniture, hangers and straw fans – made the both of us felt as if we had traveled right to the southern islands of the Okinawa Prefecture, Japan.Β

oh, it’s a makeshift stall so belle maison was only at liang court for about a week? however, gwen (the owner) did mention that she will be back there in early dec for the Christmas season so that would be a good time for u to catch her! πŸ™‚ i love the kitschy and quirky stuff from belle maison too!
